Siyi Du
I am a PhD student at the Biomedical Image Analysis Group (BioMedIA), Imperial College London under Dr. Chen Qin, where I work on Medical Imaging and Deep Learning. I received my MASC degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of British Columbia at 2023, where I was a member at the Biomedical Signal and Image Computing Laboratory (BiSICL) and supervised by Prof. Rafeef Garbi. Besides, I obtained my bachelor degree in Automation Science (Pattern Recognition direction) from Beihang University at 2021, where I was supervised by Prof. Zengchang Qin.
My research interest is multimodal deep learning and medical imaging. Currently I am working on image-tabular representation learning.
